The Job Overview As an Engineering Administrator, you will be responsible for: Coordinate and respond to telephone requests from guests and general work requests, direct and dispatch work assignments to engineering talents; maintain work order request board and return completed work orders to respective originating departments; distribute among engineering talents resume requests from Events and Catering departments. As a General Cashier, you will be responsible to:   Remove all the previous day’s receipts from the drop box which have previously been deposited by front office and restaurant cashiers and night auditors, ensuring that the removal is witnessed by a responsible person. Count and verify money in the cashiers’ deposit envelopes braining any discrepancies immediately to the attention of the controller. Prepare cash report and bank deposit slips. Handle foreign exchange deposits and any related reports. Monitor daily the official exchange rates to ensure that the hotels published rates are appropriate. Provide change for all cashiers. Make petty cash disbursements and prepare a summary of the same. You are also responsible to Control all house banks as follows: Ensure that a valid, signed contract exists for each.
